San Carlos RV Park Rates

Our rentals are fully furnished mobile homes with two twin beds or one queen bed, a queen sofa bed, central heat and air and satellite TV. We supply all linens, which must remain in the rental, so you will need beach / pool towels.

All San Carlos RV Park and Island Resort guest have access to our heated pool and spa, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard, laundry facilities, recreation hall, FREE Wi-Fi Internet service and kayak and boat rentals. Sorry, no pets allowed in the rentals.

Rates shown are in U.S. dollars and are for two people, guests are $5 per night per person, Saturday to Saturday rentals. There is a $20 per day surcharge for holidays. See Holiday Schedule below.

Summer Requirements

• Only one car is allowed, unless otherwise requested
• Deposit: $100, except for holidays and events which must be paid in full when making reservation
• Cancellation: 14 days in advance. No refunds on holidays. $10.00 cancellation fee

Winter Requirements

• Only one car is allowed
• Deposit: $200 initial, 1/2 of total due June 1, remainder due November 15
• Cancellation: No refund unless re-rented. $10.00 cancellation fee if rented
  

Camping with us is great! From your RV or tent you can relax and enjoy nature, while being only minutes away from the attractions, restaurants and shopping on Fort Myers Beach.

Two pets per site are welcome in the RV / Camping area. Boat / dock charges are $5.00 per day or $100 per month - trailers must be stored on your site only. Total rent is due upon arrival and no refund for early departure. Your deposit guarantees you to a site within the group, but not a specific site.

• Reservations made after December 1st are $58.00-$85.00 per day
• Deposit: One night rate for less than 1 week, $200.00 for all others
• Extra Car: $5 per day when approved
• Boat Fee: $5 per day or $100 per month
• Cancellation: 30 days in advance. $10.00 cancellation fee

Storage Program Features

• Includes 4 nights of camping and on-site storage of your RV
• Rent is due 1st of each month. You must have a charge card on file.
• Late fee added on 5th of each month ($25.00), 10th of each month ($25.00 additional), etc.
• Rates are for 4 people and one boat dock is included. Extra dock is $5.00 per day
• You must park your cars, trucks, boats and trailers on your own site.
