CHOICE SITE (RED) 3 months $5,665 ($5,505) - only with ARRIVAL ON January first.
Deposit: One day's rent for less than one week, $250 for one week to one month. $500 deposit for
two-six months. Cancellations MUST be made 14 days in advance of your stay for stays under one month, 45 days in advance of your stay for one month stays or longer. Deposit is refunded minus our $50 cancellation fee for up to 1 week, $100 fee for two weeks to one month. Stays of two-six months cancellation fee is $250. Cancellations made after cut-off date will forfeit your deposit
Discount on one month or longer RV stays with cash or check Winter only. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks.
• Rates are for two people, $5 extra per person per day. Overnight visitor parking $10
• Two pets per site, leashed and picked up after. No vicious or aggressive dogs. See pet rules.
Boat/Dock charge: $15 per day / $200 per month. During winter months, (December first - April 30th) all boat, utility and car trailers must be stored off property. One Vehicle only per site. No parking allowed
on empty sites. You must park on your own site, no exceptions.
• Total rent is due on arrival.
• No refunds for early departure. SCRV reserves the right to rent your site upon early departure with no credit to your account.

• $20 charge for un-returned gate cards
