May 1 - Nov 30: 2 Vehicles per site if space allows (your rv plus 2 cars/or 1 car
plus one boat, car or utility trailer) Everything MUST fit on your site
NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED. NO FIREWORKS. COUNTY LAW PROHIBITS
WOOD FIRES.
NO POLITICAL SIGNS, CONFEDERATE FLAGS OR POLITICAL FLAGS ALLOWED ON RV SITES, IN THE MARINA OR ON BOATS IN THE MARINA.
RV must be parked with tires within 4 inches of concrete pad. Speed Limit 5 MPH!
If there is an after-hours EMERGENCY, please use the phone number listed on
the inside cover of the arrivals box and you will be connected to the Manager.
EMERGENCIES ONLY, PLEASE If you call the office phone, your problem will not
be addressed until the office opens the next morning.
Dogs must always be kept on a leash AND PICKED UP AFTER.

PARK ON YOUR SITE ONLY. NEVER Park on an empty site or a friend’s site. CHARGES WILL APPLY for those in violation of the rule.
If you have Visitors, They Must Register in the office prior to entering the park. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors. It is your responsibility to make sure
that your visitors are registered. Visitor parking is by the boat ramp.
Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am and WILL BE ENFORCED. Excessive noise or nuisance of any kind will not be tolerated, regardless of the time of day or night. PLEASE respect your neighbors right to quiet.
No subletting or Airbnb of RVs are allowed in this park. The registered camper
must be present for guests.
Golf carts allowed only if driven by registered adult guests (18 years or older)
No car/trailer or motorhome washing.
No clotheslines permitted. (dryers located at laundries).
NO electric heaters or stoves!
Campsite must be kept neat and clean at all times.
Please place your trash in plastic bags and dispose in dumpster ONLY. Break down cardboard for recycle. We do not pick up trash/recycle.
No Mopeds, Hovertrax, Segway’s, Razor Scooters or Golf carts are permitted to be operated by anyone under 18 years old.
ATVs are not allowed to be driven in the park.
No wheels of any kind on the docks except for coolers
No walking through other sites even when vacant, even when going to your dock. Use the walkway.
Continued violation of rules is cause for removal from the park
No Refunds for early departure. SCRV reserves the right to rent the site upon your early departure without credit to your account.
The Pool
Parents are fully responsible for the actions and safety of their children at all times.
Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the pool.
Must wear appropriate swimwear and shower before entering pool.
NO SWIMMING IN BAY OR CANALS.
Food and beverages are NOT allowed in the pool.
NO Smoking or Vaping in pool area.
NO GLASS in pool area.
OBEY ALL POSTED RULES.
SWIM AT OWN RISK.
Pool hours are determined by the Management and are subject to change.
There is a sign in the pool area with current hours.
All use of electronics (music, phone, tablets, etc.) at the pool requires headphones. etc.) at the pool requires headphones.
